Very disappointed. I left in the same condition i arrived in. They did nothing to help me and left me in the room with no call light to contact nurse and didnt put my bedrails up after giving me some pain meds(which didn't work). They refused to do any scans or tests, my discharge papers say that i need an mri at the very least. I will be going to a different emergency room from now on. I am in unbearable pain and grayling did NOTHING!!!

Check in was quick. The staff in radiology were nice and the receptionist was helpful and patient even though she was busy.

First time visiting the walk in clinic. I'm from down state. I had an excellent experience. The front desk lady was nice, not overly nice by far. But once I went back to the room. Brittany, my nurse, was extremely friendly. I really like her. Then Dr. Jeff Fox came in and was just as nice and personable. They made me feel very comfortable and were very thorough with my diagnosis and treatment. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

Great service from the time we walked in to the ED to the time that we were discharged. The staff did everything they could go make my son comfortable and explain all of the details to us.
