Checked in for XRay, forgotten about @ shift change and spent a total 3 hours of being ignored without being seen during open x-ray hours. Will be lodging formal complaint tomorrow
Usually when I go... They deny any testings I request. It took me three ignorant re-admitting to get a ct scan. Once I took both my kids in and they only examined the one. Said the other didn't need a doctor and still billed his insurance.
This hospital should be a zero star they suck and don't tell families what's going on with there loved ones even if there on the emergency contact list
I think it is the best hospital of its size in the state of Mi. and its staff goes beyond wonderful carrying friendliest knowledgeable people I've ever met, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone
Taking good care of my mother in law
I've just received the absolute worse treatment from a Doctor and Hospital that I have in all of my life. No person or patient should enter a Hospital and Leave in the same condition and Pain as when they arrived.
