I strongly advise you to avoid Graybill at all costs. While the medical staff is wonderful, the accounting staff is inept, inexperienced, and does not understand how medical billing works. Furthermore, they are extremely rude. If you choose to take your business here, be prepared to spend hours on the phone with your insurance company correcting the billing staff's mistakes...or just avoid the headache altogether and take your business elsewhere. Rachel & Nikki always greet me with helpfulness + a smile. One appointment I was not feeling well. Rachel noticed I did not look okay & got right on and made sure I was seen by Dr. Nordstrom. Front staff is pretty aware of what is coming & going thru the lobby. Dr. Nordstrom has now taken me in as his patient & I am very pleased with him & his staff. I am grateful!!! :)

Dr Tran is without a doubt the most thorough & decisive physician I've seen. Very tolerant for questions. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Nordstrom is one of the most caring and gifted doctors I have met. He is always willing to listen to my issues, and give suggestions to help those issues. His techniques have gotten my migraines under control without the overuse of drugs. This was a big concern to me. I have had many months of relief and that has brought my life back to me. I trust Dr Nordstrom.

The Temecula location of Graybill is fantastic. Always positive and Dr. Nordstrom is always detailed and thorough in his approach to care. This is a good place to come and my family and I feel blessed to receive our care from such great professionals

So far I'm completely happy with Graybill Medical, especially Dr. Schoonmaker. I'm able to to get in right away with a very short wait time.
