I didn't visit Graybar in Halifax intentionally or to make a purchase. I had to take refuge in their parking lot to wait for CAA after blowing out a tire on my last day in town on a vacation to the East from Ontario. It was near the end of the work day, and every person who left the building and saw us with the spare tire out took a moment to ask if we were OK and if we needed any help. Rude and unprofessional staff with no respect for customers’ time. Half the staff seemed more interested in chatting than helping customers. One employee was even loudly discussing his experience at a strip club, which was completely inappropriate in a professional setting. Overall, a very disappointing experience, with poor customer service and an unprofessional atmosphere.
