Very professional, very prompt!! We live in a remote area and service is hard to get. He called back quickly and the repair was done ahead of the time he quoted. A little spendy buy worth it....

RecommendedHighly recommend Jeff. He was so professional. Was there on time which is amazing these days. He gave me his opinion as to what needed to be done, the cost. This sink clogged on Thanksgiving, and he answered the phone at 6am on black Friday. I wasn't expecting anyone to answer and was prepared for the standard, "I will call you back as soon as I can". Instead, he was at my house by 9am and everything fixed by 10. I didn't have to go without my kitchen sink for days, until someone called me back or came out. Jeff was awesome.... read more
