RecommendedWe went on the 1/2 day Hoover Dam tour on 12/11/19. Darla was our bus driver and tour guide. She was a ton of fun and laughs from the moment she picked us up. We definitely loved the Hoover Dam tour. Darla was fantastic and would highly recommend her on any tour. I hope Gray Line knows how good she is at her job. We would highly recommend this tour. Completely mis sold the whole experience. Grand Canyon is incredible, but the rest of the experience has been a complete con.

Horrible service went to grand canyon tour and buses were 2 hrs 30 mins late not only that we were rushed throughout the meal and at the grand canyon only 15 mins at the meal and 20 mins at the grand canyon we were told we would get 1 hour meal and time to watch the 34 min video if we did that we would have missed the bus and at the grand canyon we were only able to get 15 mins out of the 3 hours we were promised so because of Gray lines incompetence a whole entire day wasted in vegas i will make sure everyone i know NEVER u... read more
Just back from are tore bus almost 3 hours late. Are lunch was rushed and only got 20 minutes at the grand canyon. 80 dollers to pritty much sit on a bus all day. Am expecting a refund for me and my family for a wast of a day and I will be making sure we get it. Wast of a day Not worth the money
The Service of Grayline Staff and the Grand Canyon Tour was great. Danny Ho was a hoot!! And he really attended to all of our needs. Very Comfortable tour with him on the wheels and he was very informative. Really enjoyed the VIP Upgrade of the West Rim with the Benz Sprinter Minibus with panoramic windows) Five Star Tour Driver/Guide..
We took the West Rim Grand Canyon tour with a photo opt at the Hoover Dam. My Husband is on oxygen and unable to walk distances but everyone with Grayline and at the Reservation were wonderful to us and our driver Lafayette was the bomb diggity! - so courteous and knowledgeable about our trip he made sure we had ample opportunity to get photos at the dam as well as taking us to the front door of our hotel so my husband didn't have far to walk. I have posted my email correspondence with Zachery Beckham, front office manager, and tagged Grey Line Las Vegas. I feel Grey Line was fraudulently operating the tour that day because they knew the tours they were selling were not available but took the full fare and didn’t notify us until the bus had left the terminal! I most certainly would not have booked this tour had I known we wouldn’t be able to see the inner workings of the Dam. I took the Grand Canyon South Rim tour on November 13 and the driver Ozzie was fantastic. He was very down to earth and a real pleasure to talk to. He made the trip a lot of fun.
