RecommendedOur day did not start out too good! We booked the West Rim Grand Canyon tour several weeks ago. We received our confirmation and all Was Good. We got a call from Grayline on Monday 6/29 confirming our reservation and Making Sure we would be at the 1st St entrance at The Golden Nugget at “5:45” in the morning 6/30. BOOK WITH THESE LOVELY PEOPLE! Janine and Mr. Ho were so sweet, extremely nice, and very knowledgeable. They charged my phone for me while on the way to the Grand Canyon and answered any questions I had. I will be touring with tme again. Also, you definitely get your money's worth!
I booked the Night Strip Tour and Grand Canyon Tour, both experiences were great! Thanks so much to all my drivers and tour guides: Irene, Mr. Ho and Carlito! They all had such wonderful energy and made learning about the area fun. Their vast knowledge about the city and attractions was evident. Thanks again for a great time!
Not what we expected. We spent more time waiting for our bus than we did on the tours. Bus driver claimed he got stuck in traffic that was why he was late not once but twice in one day. When dropping us off he assured us if we were not at pick-up point when he was ready to leave we would have to find another way back to our hotel.
I had a great time. Our driver Tony was awesome!
I thought the driver was excellent at her job but was disappointed by the lack of communication on the Hoover Dam Tour we paid for. The drive was informed of a delay on the tour of one hour due to broken equipment at the dam after the tour had started. Not knowing the the driver was expecting the delay, we cut our tour short to make the return trip on time. This company is a scam. They spent 2 hours driving us around Las Vegas before taking us on our tour. We complained because we were told the whole tour was 4 hours. We had other plans that were paid for that we ended up losing money on. They kept sending us around in circles and won’t give you options. Then, to top it off, the tour at the Hoover Dam that we paid for had such a long line that we weren’t able to do it in the time allotted.
