Booked to go on Grand Canyon tour. Upgraded to limo, no extra stops at Canyon after being told there would be. Driver (Jeff) was nice and did a great job. Boarded bus at 5:55 a.m. Returned to Las Vegas stop at 10:10p.m.after being on bus all day. Had to get new driver to bring us back to hotel. Bernard, relief driver, was too much of a jerk to bring us back to our hotel, which he was supposed to do. We were exhausted from such a long day. Had to walk three blocks back to hotel at late night after upgrading. Not happy at all.
Herded like cattle for a good hour and half, rude driver(Thomas), filthy dirty shop/diner for rest stop, there is nothing to recommend about this company. The Grand Canyon is amazing pity our trip was totally spoilt by this company.

Upgraded to Mercedes shuttle. No bathroom and had the last two seats in the back. Very uncomfortable. Didn’t recline, no arm rest. Driver was great.
Did the Grand Canyon south rim bus tour with Sean (fabulous driver with a great sense of humor). Bus was comfortable, stops on the way were appreciated😊 & we were only steps away from the Canyon when we got to both viewing areas! Definitely a great way to see the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas! Thank you!
the bus the sent, had a lot of Leaks. and was not at confortable as others we saw. They tell us that someone will pick us up at the hotel, and 10 minutes before sent and email telling that they wouldnt came to our place. I hace videos of the bus leaking. the lunch they offer is really bad.
Thank you Gray Line for the upgrade to a limo service to the Hoover Dam. Ike was our driver and he was informative and entertaining! He gave great tips about the Hoover Dam and Las Vegas. I highly recommend seeing the Hoover Dam by limo⭐⭐👍👍🌟🌟. Pauline Knight
