Beware the bus they advertise on their website is not what you get. They do not use motorcoaches with restrooms, recling seats, footrests or tv monitors. Attached is the bus we got on....take the cheaper tour from someone else at least they’re honest.
Very RUSHED West Rim tour. Not enough time. Only saw one stop out of the two stops of the tour. Zack Beckham, the office manager refuses to provide a 50% refund as requested for only seeing 50% of the tour. Horrible customer service. We got dropped off at the park around 11am. Our driver told us we needed to be back on the bus to go home at 1:15 roughly leaving 2 hours to see the park. Went to Grand Canyon West Rim on Tuesday 15 September with Danny Ho as driver/tour guide. Super knowledgeable, humorous and polite. We Give Danny 5 Stars for his efforts and expertise
Awesome the drive was very knowledgeable. He just didn’t drive but also gave I thought was great info on site that we past by . Only thing that was very good was the A/C in the bus needs work. Great job. DANNY HO
The West Ridge was amazing, with the Sky Walk! We loved our tour guide Irene! Very knowledgeable, always on time, made the ride fun, everything was safe, great air conditioned bus! Great experience!
We paid for a luxury bus with a bathroom and we got a van with no bathroom and a rude driver. We were traveling with a toddler who needs frequent bathroom breaks. They refused to stop and allow her to potty except for scheduled stops. We would have NEVER booked this place had we know this. It’s NOT what we paid for and they really couldn’t have cared at all.
