RecommendedBeware the bus they advertise on their website is not what you get. They do not use motorcoaches with restrooms, recling seats, footrests or tv monitors. Attached is the bus we got on....take the cheaper tour from someone else at least they’re honest.
Very RUSHED West Rim tour. Not enough time. Only saw one stop out of the two stops of the tour. Zack Beckham, the office manager refuses to provide a 50% refund as requested for only seeing 50% of the tour. Horrible customer service. We got dropped off at the park around 11am. Our driver told us we needed to be back on the bus to go home at 1:15 roughly leaving 2 hours to see the park. We paid for a luxury bus with a bathroom and we got a van with no bathroom and a rude driver. We were traveling with a toddler who needs frequent bathroom breaks. They refused to stop and allow her to potty except for scheduled stops. We would have NEVER booked this place had we know this. It’s NOT what we paid for and they really couldn’t have cared at all.
