The service department is well staffed and very efficient. Clarence Ebert runs a tight ship and is always the first person you see when you go for service. He takes the time to drive your car and make sure he understands your concerns and treats you with respect. I am a woman and don't always feel that I am heard in what is essentially a man's world, but I never feel that way with Clarence.
