Absolutely unacceptable management and priorities! The so-called manager was busy roaming around, obsessing over wristbands and chasing people out for petty reasons, while leaving far more serious issues completely ignored. The kids' play area is unsafe, with broken fences, ripped nets, and hazards that could easily injure little ones. This place is filthy! Bathrooms are untidy, the kids play zone is dirty with dust and on top of everything, adults are charged to enter to supervise. The elderly boy (wouldn’t even give him the compliment of referring to him as a man) is rude and quite disrespectful towards his patrons. I thought perhaps I was the odd one out that caught him on a bad day however after reading other reviews on Google, it’s clear that he has no respect for others
Hi y'all ..., I don’t even know where to begin, but if I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Took my kids here for what was supposed to be a fun Saturday outing and left with a headache, a ruined birthday, and a very upset 6-year-old. First off, the place is FILTHY.
