We booked my son’s birthday at Gravity Zone, but unfortunately, the management and overall experience were disappointing for the price. Last year, we celebrated at Funtopia, and it was much better — the food, management, and the fact that the kids had unlimited playtime made a big difference. At Gravity Zone, the kids only got two hours of playtime, and the food (just fries and cheese pizza) wasn’t enough for everyone. Stupidly overpriced for the experience & unempathetic management. Parents of toddlers need to pay a full price ticket just for their kid to attend. Coin exchange machine in the “arcade” area charged $50 not $5, and even though they’re branded “gravity zone” tokens, management wouldn’t assist refunding the balance, after pleading & crying for their help as we couldn’t afford $50 on top of top the $95.63 it cost to enter for one adult, one toddler & one kid. So fun I loved it! Very bouncy
Don’t waste your money! Go to bounce instead. I took my autistic 5 year old today to gravity zone. We went down to the trampoline area where I was going to supervise my child on the side. I am pregnant so can’t jump. I was told to pay to supervise and buy grip socks. My son wouldn’t jump without me standing by his side. We left after 10mins without a refund. If I could give no stars I would.
