This place is filthy! Bathrooms are untidy, the kids play zone is dirty with dust and on top of everything, adults are charged to enter to supervise. The elderly boy (wouldn’t even give him the compliment of referring to him as a man) is rude and quite disrespectful towards his patrons. I thought perhaps I was the odd one out that caught him on a bad day however after reading other reviews on Google, it’s clear that he has no respect for others

Hi y'all ..., I don’t even know where to begin, but if I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Took my kids here for what was supposed to be a fun Saturday outing and left with a headache, a ruined birthday, and a very upset 6-year-old. First off, the place is FILTHY. The moment we walked in, we were hit with the smell of sweaty socks and stale nachos. The floors were sticky, and I genuinely don’t think the trampolines have seen a deep clean since 2019. Great for the kids. Takes them a lifetime to make a coffee though.

This place is outrageous. It was filthy, unsafe and they charge a full adult fee for the parent going in to mind their young toddler (20 month old). There was a pair of scissors left unatendded on the toddler playground (see picture) where any child could have gotten them. It was terribly cold as well, everyone was walking around with their coats. Their "no outside food" policy is also outrageous, all they offer is deep fried rubbish with no nutrional value at all, my toddler was not allowed to eat her banana within the prem... read more

We had to change our plans after Funtopia turned us away due to being at capacity but they recommended Gravity Zone so, we came here instead. Huge venue to burn off energy! Kids had so much fun in the foam pit and all the different trampolines. Busy during the school holidays but I guess it’s a popular place. TIP: Get there early to get a car space
