We visited Grassland Aquatics for the first time today. The customer service we received was exceptional. We went with the intention of only buying plants. We walked away with four plants, four beautiful goldfish, two koi and fish food. We definitely plan to return.
Had the best time picking out plants and fish last Thursday. Great selection and helpful staff. Thanks. �
The worst service I have ever had. Rude, arrogant. Find another place or order online. Much better experience. Run do not walk.

Last year while we were away in Italy our “Pet Sitter” left the water hose in my pond and killed all of my beautiful Koi. Yesterday after waiting all these months I decided to refresh my pond with new life and happiness! I’m so grateful for the 11 new Koi some were domestic and some imported from Japan that I purchased from Grassland Aquatics! Now peace and tranquillity has been restored. Namaste �
Great Place, Stopped in before a long drive back to Central Illinois, Service and Quality of plants was great.
This is our fourth year to buy pond plants at Grassland Aquatics. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. The variety of plants and accessories means fun shopping. See you next year!
