I'm old school and wanted to meet someone at my house to discuss the services. It took one phone call to have Grasshopper meet me in person. It took 6 phone calls with True Green to get someone to agree to meet me. I have a pet and I wanted to discuss the products they use. Very pleased. Customer service is EVERYTHING!

While we have had only the last treatment of 2017 to this point, I was very pleased with how well the process went of deciding to go with Grass Hopper. John Patterson was knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with, and the service representative was friendly and informative.
