Terrible Customer Service - Lawn Specialist did the neighbors yard instead of mine on 7-19 - Neighbor brought the bill over to me that he found hanging on their door - Flags were planted in HIS yard. I Called Grass Master - emailed Grass Master - about the faux pas by their "lawn specialist" - I am STILL WAITING for them to come out and do MY LAWN! Terrible Customer Service to say the least! I can see why they are seeking a Customer Service Rep!!
Grass master is the best around! I'm amazed at what their product has done for our yard! Im also amazed at the pleasant customer service they have! Yesterday Mike came out to service our lawn and made sure a couple of my girls toys were moved so he could get the "entire" yard and also not get the spray on the toys. When you sign up for a year contract and pay in advance for the full year I expect only a one year contract. When I don't sign a new contract or renew the next year with payment...this does not mean I want to you spray my yard and send me a bill. I was not impressed with the results and I will not be paying for your unauthorized service. Please feel free to keep sending a bill if you'd like though.
NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. The right hand doesn't talk to the left hand which led to begging for them to come out. The proposal sheet is impressive, but no one ever came to look at my yard before application/service. This lead to misquoted pricing and dissatisfaction in product. We were not offered options leading us to believe the "mole application" was only worms. What they provided was a tiny bandaid for our problem. It was useless!!! The $500+ we spent was wasted. Don't do it!
I ran into Matt Ellis at the HOF game that never happened. I mentioned in passing that I had some weeds popping up. He had someone at my house the very next day and I just received a follow up call from his office to see if I am satisfied. Couldn't be happier! The best customer service!!!!
Our lawn looks beautiful! Andrew is an excellent technician!
