The technician that came to my house left my gate open upon finishing the treatment. This gate is not visible from any window of my house. When I let my dog out later he ended up running away. A neighbor a few streets away chased him in the rain to get my number and let me know. It should be imperitiv that you leave someone's property how you found it. That would include closing the gate. Terrible Customer Service - Lawn Specialist did the neighbors yard instead of mine on 7-19 - Neighbor brought the bill over to me that he found hanging on their door - Flags were planted in HIS yard. I Called Grass Master - emailed Grass Master - about the faux pas by their "lawn specialist" - I am STILL WAITING for them to come out and do MY LAWN! Terrible Customer Service to say the least! I can see why they are seeking a Customer Service Rep!!
Grass master is the best around! I'm amazed at what their product has done for our yard! Im also amazed at the pleasant customer service they have! Yesterday Mike came out to service our lawn and made sure a couple of my girls toys were moved so he could get the "entire" yard and also not get the spray on the toys. When you sign up for a year contract and pay in advance for the full year I expect only a one year contract. When I don't sign a new contract or renew the next year with payment...this does not mean I want to you spray my yard and send me a bill. I was not impressed with the results and I will not be paying for your unauthorized service. Please feel free to keep sending a bill if you'd like though.
