Kathy demonstrates a blatant lack of concern for the safety and well-being of children, exposing them to both physical and mental abuse. She manipulates vulnerable children already facing traumatic situations, forcing them to conform to her directives while ignoring critical warning signs, whether verbal or written, from these children expressing their fears.
