Everyone at the office is always so friendly and really goes out of their way to help take care of my dental needs. They are very articulate in all cleanings and examinations as well as billing. They allowed me to set up an appropriate payment plan and flexible scheduling. The office itself is a nice,new, and updated environment. They have really helped me to resolve my dental issues. Couple bits of constructive feedback for the new girl (name escapes me). When using tools in a patient's mouth, be a little more conscious of accidentally banging their teeth with the tool when you pull it out (mostly the lighter used for hardening the filling). Also, when holding the large water/suction tool in a mouth, make sure not to accidentally pinch the patient's lip between the tool and their teeth (happened most times).Good job, though. Just meant to be constructive feedback.
