First of all the service of the doctors and technicians has always been top notch. I had issues with the numbing shots not being very effective in the past, so I was somewhat terrified of this experience, but they calmed my fears and everything went so much smoother than I could have imagined. The .5 in the star rating is simple representative of some dip in customer service with the front desk on the phone. In person they are always so nice, but not consistently on the phone.
Great staff! Eric the dental hygienist was very excellent!! I really don't think my teeth have ever felt that clean!. He also went over flossing with me. A simple thing but nice to have a review. And he really encourged me to start some habits with my daughter!!! Excellent!! I also loved the goodie bag!

They're very nice and super thorough here! I've been getting my teeth cleaned here for about a year and they always do a really good job!

My dentist told me I needed a root canal. I am one of those who gets nervous about a cleaning, so I was so anxious that I threatened not to show up on the day of the appointment. To help me, she prescribed some valium. The procedure was entirely pain free. What was even more amazing is that after all the drugs wore off, I still felt NO pain. NO pain at all. My teeth are so sensitive that, as I mentioned, cleanings bug me! Needless to say this was a VERY positive experience!
Love the staff and the hygienist she is so caring. Dr.Ashim is amazing
