I've been going to Stone Dental for a few years now. For the most part I've been happy with my experience. This time I was called in 25 minutes after my scheduled time. They were very apologetic, but it was still annoying as I had a busy afternoon. The people who work there are very nice, always remember me, and ask specific questions about things we discussed last time, which is refreshing for medical setting. I had a great experience.
I've been a patient at Stone Dental since moving to Chicago in 1994. Having our teeth cleaned by Eric is always a positive experience for both my daughter and me. Not only is he thorough and professional, but he's also very personable and motivating. Veronica at the receptionist's desk also always has a smile and is very personable.
Excellent services!!! The staff is knowledgeable and caring. They listen to their patients and develop plan to meet their needs.
Always the best care and leave feeling confident that I been to the best dental care in the city! Always a pleasureful experience!
