Dr. Shell is a great guy and surgeon. He listens and answers every concern!! He explains your issues and procedures necessary for your care in easy to understand terms. He is patient and kind. His staff is attentive and the practice runs like a well oiled machine...fast and smooth. Would highly recommend Dr. Shell!!!
My first visit with this specialist, very productive and informative. When I'm ready for my anticipated surgery I will choose Dr. Shell. My only irritation was that my appointment was at 7:55 am and I didn't see him until 8:45.
Listened to my issues and explained the X-rays and treatment plan clearly. I felt he was paying attention and not talking down to me.
My visit was not for surgery or rehab resulting in an non-diagnosed visit. Doctor suggested a prescription, gel inserts and a $50.00 tube of gel. Appointment was made to return in 3 three to see which of these worked. I do not plan to return to the doctor. I would not recommend him to anyone unless he can operate on you. I was told by a friend, the gel would be an option. I had to ask the doctor about it and he wrote the prescription to "see" if it would help. Dr. Shell operated on my daughter’s broken ankle. He did a great job. It’s been 8 weeks and she is walking in a shoe. We should have waited on the boot because she hasn’t needed it. I will be forever grateful to him and his staff for their great work.
He is a excellent doctor and takes time to talk to patient and family to let them know what is going on.
I love Dr Shell! I found him to be professional, thorough and personable. I appreciate the fact that he took time to answer my questions and not rush the appointment . I’ve seen him several times and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him .
Last visit he didn’t listen and just walked out after a brief look. To me trying to see to many patients and didn’t take time to review reason for visit
I found Dr. Shell and his staff to be very professional and caring in treating my broken fibula.
