Clearly explained the diagnosis of my hand problem and the available treatment options. Since surgery was the only safe option, he explained the surgical procedure, surgical risks, post operative care and recovery. Further specific to my condition, he explained the chances for recurrence of the condition. I chose to observe the condition for a few more months to see how quickly it progresses and he concurred. I am very satisfies with my experience.
Dr Lohse successfully repaired a Barret's fracture in my husband's hand. Husband now has full use of hand post surgery. He has also performed surgery on my hand to remove cysts and a trigger thumb condition. He is caring, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Meetings with Dr. Lohse are very casual and informative. He takes the time to listen and clarify your issues and then clearly describes the pros and cons of available treatment options. One leaves his meetings feeling that together you have established a realistic plan and clear expectations regarding its ultimate success.
I went to Dr. Lohse with a finger injury. He was highly proficient, articulate and friendly. He made me feel comfortable through the treatment. Highly recommended!
