3rd of May. Contacted front desk 10 minutes after check out,for item left in room, disappointed that it wasn't handed up by housekeeping. Any chance the baseball cap left in room 206 has reappeared, would be grateful if you could let me know thanks.
1st room was disgusting. Staying 3 nights so they switched us and this room is much better. Everyone is super nice. 3/5 - hastle of changing rooms, ice machine is broken and the hallways are dirty
Very clean I loved it would stay there again only thing I didn't like is they deceived me with the room size it was more like a jail cell but the friendliness was a 10 and cleanness was a 10
Have preferred the Grant Plaza after two other hotels. You can walk anywhere in San Francisco from this hotel. It has a certain historic feel that's hard to explain. An employee told me there's a wonderful room with stained glass windows on the top floor. People in San Francisco don't use AC or heat. On those rare hot days, you might purchase an inexpensive fan somewhere. A trip to Sausalito and nearby Muir Woods will also cool you! The culture in Chinatown is an immersion experience. Miss the Grant Plaza!
Awesome location and price. Really hot in the rooms though so needed the window open all night which meant it was noisy. Air con or fans would be good. But great stay all the same.
