Really friendly staff. Very clean, beds were comfy. But it was the smallest room I’ve ever been in. So tiny and rather expensive for a hotel with no facilities for guests. We booked like 7 months in advance & asked for a room with a view but that didn’t happen. If you have a car the park is a block or two away from the hotel.

The only pros here is the location, very close to union square, accessible to cable cars and drivable to golden gate bridge etc, but that's all that is good, the cons are rooms are small, no aircon, heater is not working making loud sound, the concierge is at least tries to fix it but it needs really fixing, I told him if the heater is broken they shouldn't let the room to be rented, it's a rip off, not recommending this place, the online site has good advertisement but it's the opposite.
