I was made to feel comfortable. I was told what would take place before it happened and asked if that was agreeable. I was asked during the procedure if I was still comfortable and doing well. I was given an opportunity to see my xrays and the damaged area of the tooth,and the obvious reason it needed a crown.I was asked if I had any questions. Beyond expectations! My 6 year old had a tooth extraction, and x-rays. We have been taking him to a local pediatric dentist for the last 4 years. This is the first time he has successfully had x-rays and had dental work without nitrous oxide. Dr. O'Shea was patient and kind. I look forward to working with our new family dentist! Such a wonderful experience!

Excellent Experience Academy is a small practice with a very professional and friendly staff. My appointment was for an exam, cleaning and x-rays; all of which was very thorough and surprisingly painless. I'm so happy they will be taking care of my dental needs.
