I have been a patient of Academy Dental for many years now. Each and every time I have been there it is the most warm and efficient patient experience I have ever had in any medical environment. Dr. O'Shea couldn't be a better fit for the vision and vibe that has made this practice so special. He was kind, caring and informative. Excellent Care at Academy Dental Warm welcome as I entered the office by Brenda. Followed by Stacy to the patient room and lastly to be greeted and taken care of by my dentist Dr. Thomas O'Shea.. This was my first time meeting Dr. O'Shea and he explained each step as he proceeded to fill a tiny cavity. I was very pleased with my visit today.

Never have to wait, staff is super friendly. I had a scheduled appointment for 2pm and the office called and said they had a cancellation and could come earlier, which I did. As usual, there was no wait and the staff is very friendly. Holly takes a personal interest in her work and she could not be any friendlier. A lot of doctor's offices could take a lesson from Academy and learn about customer service.
