Took forever to get our order taken. Noticed another group of customers that got up to get their menus. Service is lacking.

The blackberry cobbler is to die for. The food is great as well along with the service.
The food was really good and the staff were very friendly....we will be back the next time we are in town.
Yesterday we came into this restaurant for a late lunch/early dinner. I was overheated, dehydrated and sunburned. The waitress was so very helpful and caring. Along with my meal, she brought me a wet paper towel to cool my blistered arm. Thank you for your hospitality.
Took an hour and half to get our food, which was cold anyway. The waitress asked if we needed anything and when we said yes she just went over in the corner and started rolling silverware. Then they charged us $27 for cold shrimp and fish and a veggies sandwich, iced tea and water. The other couple we were with we' told that we didn't pay our bill so they were trying to make them pay for it. All of the employees were very friendly, but it took 45 minutes for us to get our food (two burgers and fries) with only a few other people in the restaurant... It also just felt a little run down..not as much historic or nostalgic...the food was alright. Probably wouldn't want to go there again knowing how long the wait is.
The best burgers and great customer service! I will be going back the next time we’re in Hot Springs!
