We had a great experience working with Granny Nannie's providing care for my elderly mother. I would highly recommend our caretaker (Megan), she provided excellent care, was compassionate, patient, and treated my mother like she was her own mother. Granny Nannies and our caretaker showed compassion and that they truly care about their patients. She went above and beyond our expectations. They were flexible to meet our needs. Bryan

I was left in a real bind when another medical provider company said they could provide me with a medical ride when I called them a month in advance but failed to follow through and failed to notify me that they could not fulfill their obligations to me until I called them 2 days before my medical procedure to ask for a status update. I then called Granny Nannies in a panic needing a medical ride at the last minute. They were able to provide me with a ride, give me ongoing status updates while they were looking for the ride ... read more

The owners (I won't give names on here, but I know them and will share them when I call the governor's hotline) refuse to limit outside contact with the patients in an attempt to not pay overtime to their caregivers. Facilities all over Ohio are stressing the importance of limited contact with the elderly and these people are still trying to maximize their profit by paying multiple caregivers the lowest wage vs. paying one to three care givers overtime. I live in Florida, but my older sister lives in Columbus, OH. I recently learned from her phone call just how desperately ill she was (flu? bronchitis??), and couldn't get up and about to do daily chores, let alone go to the grocery, etc. I called, Russ Huber answered, and the following day he dropped-in on her and quickly assessed the situation (all I know is from a short, desperate phone call from my sister asking for help).
