AMAZING Vet I LOVE Granite State Vet! Carol Macomber is a wonderful, compassionate person. That she takes the time to care for wildlife and strays in addition to her vet practice is AMAZING. I would highly recommend this vet practice!

If you are referring to a 90 dollar FOA certificate for a female spay I would like to point out that Dr. Macomber doesnât have to accept the FOA certificate. She does this program out of the goodness of her heart for less fortunate pet owners who really need to have their pet spayed or neutered and it seems to me like its more trouble than its worth. A+ Animal Hospital I am so happy with my experience at Granite State Hospital! My Yorkie was spayed yesterday, my male Yorkie was neutered 2 weeks ago. Granite State Animal Hospital matched the FOA prices. Dr. Macomber and her staff stressed the requirements that must be met before any procedure would be done, and my puppies records were reviewed in detail. Highly Recommend Dr. Macomber is AWESOME! She is the real deal, knowledgeable, kind, professional, and truly loves animals. My dog has even spent the weekend with her after surgery. We love her!
Refused to help! Called here last week for help with wildlife (nest of baby birds). Girl who answered the phone was not very pleasant and refused to help even though they listed themselves on the fish/game website as wildlife rehabers. When I asked if they could refer me elsewhere they wouldn't and gave me no help whatsoever. I definitely wouldn't consider bringing my animals here based on that call!
DVM Granite State Animal Hospital is Great! Dr. Macomber recently cared for our sick beardie. This being the first pet that we have owned that needed vet care, I was very nervous and apprehensive about the visit. I have heard so many nightmare stories about vets taking advantage of clients. Granite State Animal Hospital She is great! I left a message for her at 8:30 PM that my little dascshund had a maggot in a abcess in her shoulder and I need advice on how to get it out. She called me at 10 pm and told me to come in. She did a great job getting the bot fly out and did not break my bank when she could have charged me hundreds. She is always right there when I need her. So what she has some service issues. I would sit and wait for her 3 hrs if needed.
DVM Granite State Animal Hospital is awesome very nice staff and Dr Macomber is all about the animals. AB, you must be mistaking her for the vets at the Animal Hosp. of nashua. I have been going to her for a long time now and have sent many clients her way. Not ONE person has ever complained about her to me.
