The team at Granite Communications is phenomenal! They came in and made a smooth transition from our old phone system and gave an in-depth demonstration of how the new phone system worked. They were patient and answered all our questions.

Made the switch from Optimum for a fraction of the price. Ashlee from sale made the switch very easy. Everything was setup including lines, voicemail, announcements and old equipment was removed the same day. Compared to Optimum who just ported the lines and left the complete setup to us, including how to figure out our rollovers, voicemail, transfers and so on. Highly recommend Granite for business systems.

Granite Communications is top notch, we switched from Cox who did not address our concerns with issues we were having. Granite came out and did a full site evaluation and was able to save us some money. Granite has been easy to work with and they have great customer service!!! Highly recommend

Ashlee and her crew are exceptional. I am in IT and I have worked with them at a prior employment. So, when it was time to price out and decide on a new cloud phone provider, it was a no brainer. I immediately called them for a quote and, like I thought, they had VERY competitive pricing. But pricing isn't everything in this business. Customer service is! And their customer service is by far the best in the business.
