Rented a 18ft car hauler to tow down to Florida. Before I left with it I noticed the license plate light out. They fixed it right on the spot. Very impressed with the Quality of the trailer and how it towed defiantly will have my business and recommendation to anyone that needs to rent a trailer or buy one.

Josh, I'm not exactly sure why you left the review you did. It seems pretty vague. We are not a over priced, we sell a quality product at a fair price, if you want a cheap trailer then go buy a cheap trailer. You don't need to bash us for selling a quality product. I take exception with your statement on customer service as well, we have a great staff, great service. I tried to reach out to you but I did not hear from you. I almost think this is just spam. I went in to Grandville Trailer to order the Weather Tech mats for my Acadia. Greg was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They even exchanged the mats I didn't like and helped me install the custom cut back mats. The mats fit perfectly and are a breeze for cleanup. Thanks to Dave and Greg for your help!
