This was the first video call appointment I had and it went great. The wait to speak with K. Hooks was excellent. She listened carefully and prescribed what was needed. Happy to say medicine worked.
Staff was friendly and efficient. The wait was longer than usual but once taken back I was seen quickly and was out in about one hour.
