We checked into our appointment 1 hour early for a CT aware that we would have to drink CT liquid. They check in lady call us back we checked in. Of course my husband is a veteran so we explain that they had a certificate letter on file with Grandview Medical that the VA covers our co-pays and she said ok she would check on that. But never checked my husband in 15 minutes after our appointment. I ask what was going on. She explain she was still waiting to hear from someone as to what to do! Most inefficient hospital I have ever been,appointment for 9am for surgery and didn't have anyone check on me for 3+ hours,I have never waited this long just to get into the operation, absolutely ridiculous either hire more people or open more rooms,it wasn't even busy today,this hospital has too many problems go literally anywhere else
Beautiful facility. There is an attached parking lot and everything is in close proximity so not much walking (especially if you’re here for orthopedic procedures). I want to give a special review for a gentleman named Troy who works at outpatient registration. He has been very kind, thoughtful, and patient the entire 5+ hours I have been here and that is to every person who has entered this area. It’s so rare to find helpful staff at hospital check ins and he has gone out of his way to be helpful. Thank you Troy!
I had surgery last month by Dr.Grady Maddox and the staff here is so sweet they go over and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of
