The negative reviews are justified. I don’t know why there has been a turnover but it is definitely not for the better. Just because my PCP left I am now considered a new patient even though my patient portal has my information in it. A referral for a mammogram is in my patient portal but would not be honor because I’m a “New Patient”. I waited 3 months for a mammogram (I found a mass). My mammogram was today but had to be cancelled since I had not been seen by my “new” dr, even though I have an appointment. Whoever is in ch... read more
Family members use this medical group. Can be a long wait, but the care is awesome. And the environment is very positive. There a light hearted group that can take and throw a joke. Nothing like feeling like your welcome in the place that you turn to for medicinal and health care. This group is the definition of quality in healthcare.
Just got off the phone with the new nurse for Walter Bradtners office and she is basically cutting me and speaking for me as well as having an attitude. Since attending this office there has been crazy turnover as well as miscommunication. I have seen where not only has the doctor dropped the ball but the staff as well. I’ve been coming here for years… Awesome practice everyone is so friendly. Dr. Kunin is my doctor before her it was Drs Luther and Abroms.
Agree with a lot of these reviews, Dr. Luther was great but no longer there and trying to find another PCP has been ridiculously difficult. I booked online because the website said this doctor was taking new patients and weeks later get a call they’re not. Book with the NP and then weeks later the NP cancels. Not to mention at another Grandview location I got a letter that my PCP quit so I tried to book with another one there (who also said they were taking new patients) and was told they’re not by the office staff.
