I underwent a PFA Ablation procedure by Dr. Gustavo Morales on the 3rd February 2025. It was the most professional experience I have had in any medical facility. I was not referred to as the 'patient in Ward 3' but by name and the honorific 'Sir.' That is important in making the patient feel at ease and to know that the staff takes an interest in the patient's welfare. Dr. Morales was excellent and the procedure was completely a success. I would like to address the care I received at the "emergency?" room at Grandview. I was having severe stomach or chest pains and thought I was having a heart attack. I arrived with my wife around 8:30 pm. I was given an EKG and was told it was not a heart attack, I was returned to the waiting room where I waited for another 30 minutes before being called in for an ultrasound test, no results given, I was then returned to waiting room to await blood test , and visit with doctor, I was still there at 11:00 PM, still in pa... read more
