Grandmarc was such the perfect location for me and the perfect distance from the Hospital as I'm a nursing student. The hospitality in the leasing office was amazing. Torrey in particular showed me around to the fitness center, study area, movie room, and lounge area. The service and location is worth every penny!
My experience at Grandmarc has been fantastic. The location is phenomenal and the staff is always available. I would recommend to anyone who asked.
My three daughters lived at Grandmarc at the Corner. Needless to say, our experience has been great. The staff are friendly and very professional. The apartments are spacious and the building is clean. The area is very safe and at very close proximity to grounds. Students can walk to their classes within a few minutes. Really nice apartment, extremely flexible leasing options, fun and useful events, wide range of staff hours, fast service, and good facilities.
I love staying at GrandMarc at the Corner. The office staff is very welcoming and friendly and the location is great. There are a lot of events that happen which include free food and fun activities, and I really enjoy them.
My satisfaction for living at Grand Marc was high...until I dealt with the multiple false fire alarmS and power outages. Having to light a candle at 3:00 in the morning and to be thinking about whether the door will be enough to hold out intruders...is not what $1200 dollars should be paying
The staff is professional and the facility is nice. I have had issues with how maintenance left my apartment but they were resolved. overall I like it here.
