Great place to stay! Convenient location to the UVA corner, the library, and the UVA transit system. No need to worry about parking when they have their own parking garage!
Allow students out of their lease due to the spread of Covid-19 as the University is doing by refunding a portion of their room and board. Be a stellar member of the business community and not another just for profit above all else organization.
My son has been living at The GrandMarc and has had a fantastic experience, he is extremely happy and tells me that the staff and overall services are excellent.
My son chose the GrandMarc for his second year and it has been a terrific decision. The location is close to the Grounds, the Corner, and other conveniences. The facilities and staff are superb.
