Current tenant. Horrible conditions. Elevator with urine, throw up in hall, repeated old broken ac and appliances. Completely incompetent management. Billing incorrect and difficult in every way to deal with.
this is an amazing community!!! the people are so kind and considerate and are willing to answer any kind of question or concern! the model was so beautiful and its in the center of EVERYTHING! you will not be disappointed!
Grandmarc is such a great location! The staff is great, especially Torrey.
I have been living at GrandMarc for two years and cannot think of a single complaint. The staff and the location can't be beat. The staff is so helpful and they work so efficiently. The maintenance team is always able to fix the few repairs that I have in my apartment in such a timely manner with no complaints. I am close to grounds as well as close to the corner, it is the best of both worlds.
