Staff should keep personal info private and not let waiting room hear of it. No explanation of the amount fees before or after you get final bill.
Had a procedure done yesterday by Dr. Lane Moore and his staff at your facility and I must say, that from the receptionist, all the nurses and through the discharge nurse, everyone was super great and very friendly and kept me and my bride, fully informed of what was taking place; hopefully will be back in several weeks to have the final surgery done ... thanks so much ... ��
Will for one thing they don't no what time your appointments are even when they call. They tell you one thing but it always another...I personally wouldn't subject this place not for myself or any one else....
I arrived at 8AM to do paperwork, by 8:50 I was meeting with the staff & by 10 was on my way home I thought everyone was knowledgeable and everything went great
My husband had the worst post op experience with the nurse manager here .Would not recommend this surgical center .
