I've been to GTOS three times now and I am highly satisfied with both the medical and customer service treatment that I received. Dr. Madion is not only extremely intelligent, but he has great bedside manner, gave me the time I wanted so that he could answer all of my questions, and he's also just a really cool guy. They are the best! Referred people there for the 7+ years I worked for Suttons Bay Dental and had only 1 complaint in the entire time! I've had my extractions done there as well as my kids to date! Excellent team!!
Unfortunately "for me" I've had to use the services of this clinic on four different occasions. Dr. Madion and his assistants are wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable and worked with me through my surgery and extractions. The office staff who answer the phones, schedule appointments and work on the billings, are marvelous. They are kind, courteous and fun! I highly recommend this office and the people who work there!!! It made an unpleasant experience so much easier to deal with. Thank you!!!
