RecommendedNeeded a wisdom tooth extracted and my dentist recommended GTOS. I was not looking forward to this as I've heard terrible things about wisdom tooth extraction plus I am 80. The entire procedure was excellent. Everyone is very pleasant and made me feel relaxed from the scheduler to the checkout. There was no pain and It took Dr. Madion only a couple minutes at most and he said " it's out". I could not believe it. Best dental experience ever! Thanks to Dr. Madion and his staff.
These people were very kind and professional to me, and were willing to do me a badly needed service at a time when I struggled to find anyone who would help. GTOS were willing to take those risks and do what needs to be done to help people in need. Thank you all very much, it meant a lot to me.
Friendly, compassionate and efficient. Had oral surgery on Monday. They called me Tuesday morning to check on me. Low stress and they talked me thru everything they were doing. Highly recommend.
Best medical/dental office I have ever been too. Great people. Have no problem making three hour drive to go here again.
Maybe they could possibly be a little more empathetic and understanding to the reasoning for my cancellation 12 hours prior because my grandfather is ACTIVELY DYING and I wanted to be by his side instead of getting my teeth extracted. I've been to you all in the past before for my wisdom teeth to be taken out and have always been a timely return patient and In this case I was slapped in the face with a huge lack of understanding for my situation. They are so friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. My wisdom tooth was pulled with a minimum of stress and almost zero pain! I’m am so grateful to Dr Olsen for his proficiency and sensitivity. Just an overwhelmingly positive experience, especially regarding all the pre-procedure stress on my part. I had a great experience until I was in the recovery room with my daughter and the office lady walked into the room and said, “I’m here to collect the money”. I thought she could of handled it in a more professional way, but other than that, I had a great experience with the office.
