This place is in a world all it's own. We walked in there looking at bikes for almost 5 years. The staff knew that we were unable to purchase a bike for all of those years and never once treated us different. As luck would have it, we eventually were lucky enough to purchase our dream bike. Brandy and the crew rolled out the red carpet so well that our dad traveled from Utah to buy his bike at Chester's as well, because of how we were treated all of those years leading up to our actual purchase. Aweful mechanic work. Ripped me off over 2k and wouldnt give me my old parts to prove the work was done. The bike they worked on still runs terribly and leaks oil profusely, and they wouldnt do anything to reimburse me at all. These guys suck!
DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I was traveling through on my Harley up to Montana when my primary chain tensioner decided to disintegrate. So, in the morning I stopped by this dealership to see what they could do to repair my problem. The service adviser was great at addressing my need of getting me into the shop, but while I was describing my problem the service manager proceeded to be condescending to me by stating that I didn't know what I was talking about and that my clutch cable wasn't on the same side as my ... read more
