Old and outdated units and appliances. They have not done any updates. They will tell you to move into a newer unit. But you will have to wait for one to become available. Why not at least make them presentable and have them cleaned before you move someone in. They trick you and have you sign a lease first before even seeing the unit you are moving in. Don’t ever move to these apartments the neighbors keep trash outside of their apartments for days and the neighbors or noisy and rude
The experience since my first day living here has gotten worse. The apartment was claimed to be cleaned, but my first walkthrough only thing that had been done was new carpet and vinyl was installed. The fans had mounds of dust on them. Blinds were broken in the second bedroom. Lights in the master bedroom didn’t work. Since being here I have had to submit 18 work request to have things corrected. Some maintenance request I have had to submit multiple times because the work was not completed the first time. RecommendedI am currently living in Grand Summit Apartments and have lived here for approximately 2 and a half years now. I just wanted to say that the staff has always been very pleasant and very helpful to me. If I have ever had a problem of any kind at all the staff and maintenance crew has ALWAYS taken care of the situation in a timely manner. I also do feel very safe here too. They wanted to rent a rat hole apt to my daughter and granddaughter. When questioned about it the manager got pisses. Kept the deposit...see you in courtm
THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Management don't return phone calls and there not concerned about your safety.
