Went in there today and had a bad experience .The guy that I tried to talk to was an asshole.........first off ,we were asking if we could park in a particular spot because we were on our motorcycle and he acted like a smart ass. Then we found a part and wanted a price and he acted like an asshole! Don't ever worry about me stopping back there you jerk!!!!! I know I'm only one person but you'll not see me in there again , thanx jerk!!!!
I went for the first time Sunday. Have to say staff was very nice. And they pointed me in the right direction. They had the part to my car that I needed and it was not expensive. Will be recommending pick and pull to others!
Parts are usually broken, the cars are disorganized, website is inaccurate, the wheelbarrows are beat to pieces, and some of the staff are seriously impolite. Likely will not be going back, and will instead be returning to Cape fear pick and pull due to experiences I've had there. 1000 times better up in Wilmington.
