I hated it...I called to ask about a part since I live over 2 hours away...they told me I had to come and check the vehicle myself (a window...how long would it take to see if the cat had a Damn window)...I drove the 2 and a half hours only to be told I could come look myself because it was 532 and they stop letting ppl in at 530...though the voice over the phone told me they close at 6...So I've wasted 5 hours and a full tank of gas and I have nothing to show for it.
