I went there today to clean my car up. The young man who was working, and I forgot to get his name, from the very beginning was extremely helpful! Beginning when I was at the box to pay. I was taking a little longer trying to decide which i wanted and he came over to check on me to make sure I wasn't having problems. And while I was there I was a bit of a needy customer. Good wash for the money
Unfortunately, the equipment seems to be frequently out of order, and it doesn’t appear that maintenance is addressing the issue. It’s disappointing because this location is extremely convenient for me, being so close to home. However, with the ongoing problems and lack of resolution, I may have to cancel my membership. I really wish management would take this more seriously, as it has great potential if properly maintained.
