I didn’t know this was a Grand Slam car wash! They need to fix the broken wait and go sign at the end of the wash. They also need to take a look at their vacuum heads and remove anything that is blocking the vacuum from doing its thing.
The employees were very kind and on point. The vacuums were just ok. They did not have a place to wash the car mats. Bummer. No spay bottles either.
It’s a shame that the general manager for this car wash is not as good as the employees who work there. On Sept 21st an employee accidentally broke the rear wiper blade on my SUV. A complete accident for which he took all necessary steps to report. I emailed the general manager the following week to inquire about resolution and he said he would contact me once a new wiper blade was ordered and received.
