I hate to leave a negative review, however the little blonde hair kid working inside the car wash was unnecessarily rude. He was getting upset with the car in front of us using aggressive hand movements and language. We didn't quite know what the steps were and he was very rude and did not have much patience. I understand it was cold and that customer-facing jobs can be tiring, but that doesn’t make it okay to treat customers that way. basic car wash with underbody cleaning is $12. free vacuums are weak. no cleaning cloths or spray. in sum, inexpensive and acceptable. my car is now free of northern winter road salt and grime.
I didn’t know this was a Grand Slam car wash! They need to fix the broken wait and go sign at the end of the wash. They also need to take a look at their vacuum heads and remove anything that is blocking the vacuum from doing its thing.
