First time here and it was a great experience.
I took my brand new car thru their wash and when it came out the whole side was scratched, soap was still on it, and it wasn’t even clean. When the general manager Josh finally contacted to after 2 days he denied any responsibility despite a large sign stating they are responsible for damages. Take your car anywhere but here for a wash!
I went to this car wash for a vacuum. Got stuck in a lane that would not let me back up without paying for a complete wash. Staff was sitting on the curb watching me struggle and did nothing to help. Refused to provide refund even though I did not get a car wash.
my car came out clean and i like the free vacuuming but don't use it. i pulled in to clean the soap off my windows. i got the managers special today, $20 and the sprayers left soap up under my weather tech window covers. not sure if the water pressure was enough to rinse. still had bug splats on my grill. meh.
