The owner of the Grand Salon in Folsom, Jenny, is not very people-oriented nor friendly. She has terrible work ethics. She appears to be very arrogant. I honestly do not like how she treats her staff. She is very condescending to people in general. As a former customer, I feel really bad for her employees who have to work under that tyrant. For someone who supposedly owns a business, she needs to step down from her pedestal and starting acting like a professional business person instead of some narcissistic high school girl.... read more

I have to say that I have been going to the Grand Salon off and on from many years. It seems as though they try to up sell you on services. If I go in for a brow wax, it's do you want your brows tinted? You need them tinted. How about a lip wax? Today I was absolutely humiliated when the woman tried to embarass me into getting additional services. I will never return.
