I went to this salon yesterday for a hair cut and all i could say is that i LOVE it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very happy girl that welcomed me with a warm smile. She even asked me if I wanted a drink! For me, that was unheard of. Seriously the hospitality at this place is amazing. I didn't even have to wait that long which is really nice considering that i was a walk in. Some girl lamed Pauly shampooed my hair and boy was it good. She's AMAZING at massaging. I went to The Grand after I saw an online special: Color, Cut, Blow dry with a full set of nails package Only $85. The only other information that they give is that you must mention the promotion at the time of check out. I, however, mentioned it before I scheduled my appointment. When I arrived at the salon my color consultation consisted of Jenni speaking to me while she's working on someone else. From the ad, I assumed "Color" meant all over color. Andy is very good on the nail he can get me in and out less than 25 minutes for a set of nail. every time I get my nail done by him it always look nice for about a month and never lift. but to my pedicure he always take his time and give the best foot message. I really appreciate his work.

As a customer of Jenny at the Grand Salon, I must speak up to the disparaging piece written by a former customer. Jenny has always conducted herself in a most professional manner in my experiences with her. Her staff seems supportive and helpful and the atmosphere one of a team of professionsal dedicated to enchancing the visits of the customer.

The owner of the Grande Salon in Folsom, Jenny, is not very people-oriented nor friendly. She has terrible work ethics. She appears to be very arrogant. I honestly do not like how she treats her staffs. She is very condescending to people in general. As a former customer, I feel really bad for her employees who have to work under that tyrant.
