My family and I have enjoyed coming to Grand River Dental for more than 5 years. The staff is always kind and knowledgable.
The only constructive feedback I might offer is that I receive too many reminders and calls about my appointment. If I opt for email or text reminders, I don't want to also receive 1-2 phone calls as well.
From the front desk to the actual work everyone was smiling and very pleasant. I especially liked the words of encouragement from the Dr. himself

Convenient location, friendly staff and great service. The office has the latest tech to clean and view your teeth. Great views out the window and TV on the ceiling to keep you occupied.
Owen was very pleased with his new dentist and especially Caitlin!
Honestly...Dr. Rondeau and his wonderful staff are nothing short of off the charts AMAZING! My son and I have gone to them for years and we have had the very best care possible. Through the years there were two different times I needed to be seen quickly, both times when I called the office to see when I could be seen, their response to me was "How soon can you get here?" I'm convinced we have the best dental care Livingston County has to offer!
I had a very nice experience with the staff and doctor for my first 6 month check-up. It would be nice if they had at least one weekend a month or an evening for appointments.
I needed to find a new dentist as I had moved to the Howell and was driving 50 minutes to see my old dentist. It was time for a change. After some research, I chose Grand River Dental. From the very first contact, I was feeling quite positive. Myself and 2 kids had their appointments and I was ultimately very pleased and happy with my choice and made my next appointment for everyone. Everyone did a great job, all questions were answered, and I'll be back....
