My family and I have been patients at Grand River Dental for over 8 years. During the last year or so changes seem to be occurring that are not positive. The staff, except for the Dentist seem to change often and that concerns me. While waiting for my appointment last week I overheard conversation from the office that had me wondering if I needed to find a new Dentist. Everything seems to be working but i prefer phone calls to remind me of apts. I am not always on my computer. I am one of the rare birds who do not have a phone with the internet on it. I appreciate your calls too.
Absolutely 5 stars!!! Grand River Dental has always provided "best in class" care and attention for all my dental needs. The staff is caring, competent and continue to prove that patient comfort is their number one priority! Dr. Rondeau is second to none and his personal attention to cosmetic perfection and patient well-being is laudable! I highly recommend Grand River Dental for their quality of performance and their dedication to complete patient satisfaction.

Love this office, can't beat the views from the operatory seats. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist and the dentist courteous friendly and professional. I was prepped for a crown everything went smooth. One thing I really like about this practice is I've needed this crown for quite some time. I was made aware of this but was never pressured into it. Anyways glad to finally be getting it done.
Always friendly service, and I always feel like a thorough service was performed.
